Forest Home has been our place of rest for 10 years and we are first generation Christians that plan to enjoy it with our grandkids!
Paul Wiedenmann, Chairman
Ezekiel 11:19-20
As a husband and father, Paul is a successfully retired businessman. (It only took him five attempts before he was able to find that success.) He enjoys spending time reading, sailing and traveling in his motor home. Paul began attending Forest Home Family Camps in 1970 and came for 17 consecutive years, still attending a variety of programs since then. He is beginning his sixth term on the board of directors.

Margaret Costello, Vice Chair
Psalms 46:10
Margaret has three beautiful daughters and a son-in-law to brighten her days. She has retired from the world of marketing and human resources and now enjoys golfing, reading, puzzles, volleyball, and providing hospitality.

Jeanie Botsford, Secretary
Psalms 16:8
Jeanie works as a registered nurse and nursing consultant. She is married with two children and five fabulous grandchildren. Jeanie has a long history with Forest Home beginning with a college Bible study led by Henrietta Mears (founder) in her home. After marrying Don who was on staff here, she joined staff as a nurse for seventeen years. Both of their children accepted Christ while living and serving at Forest Home.

Cheryl Moreno, Audit / Policy Chair
Philippians 4:13
Cheryl, her husband, and two amazing children have made Family Camp at Forest Home an annual family tradition. She also serves a key role in organizing her church women's retreat held at Forest Home each year. She works as an accountant and partner at Ernst and Young. Cheryl loves to travel and has been to 46 States.

Marv Quon, Development Chair
Micah 6:8
Marv is married and has two sons. He is the SVP of Technology at the Lockheed Federal Credit Union. Marv accepted Jesus as his Savior here at Forest Home as a high school camper. He then brought his family to Forest Home Family Camps for over 20 years, as they looked forward to the ways they would be lead to grow as followers of Jesus.

Cathey Andersen
Jeremiah 29:11-13
Cathey is a retired educator who currently volunteers in mission work focusing on agriculture and food security for those in extreme poverty. She and her husband first came to Forest Home 25 years ago with their three children. As their family grew and lives changed, Forest Home supported them through it all. This ministry has become the "crown jewel" of the Anderson family's hearts.

Bruce Beals
Matthew 6:25-34
Bruce first came to Forest Home in 1979 with his wife, Suzanne, for a couple's conference and continued attending Family Camp once they had children. When not spending time with his family or working as an attorney, Bruce enjoys the outdoors, music, and basketball. He is also helping to restore Cerro Gordo, an old ghost town founded in 1859.

Paul Mescher
Psalm 46:10
As an engineering manager, Paul truly enjoys “family adventures” with his wife and two children. Time spend with his wife, watching football and being a marching band parent are just a few of the highlights in his life. In 1999, the Meschers were invited to family camp by some friends. Since then Forest Home Family Camp has become the only “must do” vacation for the family.

Alan Nakamura
Philippians 4:6-7
Alan is a wealth management advisor and met his wife through a cold call over 21 years ago. They have been bringing their four children to Famliy Camp at Forest Home for twelve years. Some of Alan's favorite things to do are playing soccer, golf, and Scrabble.

Beach Rogers
Psalms 32:8
Beach and his family share a long history with Forest Home beginning with Briefing and continuing into 40 years of Family Camp. He has retired from radio broadcasting and now serves as a Volunteer Docent at the Los Angeles Zoo, where his best animal friend is an 8-foot Boa Constrictor.

Jim Wirick
Psalm 136
Jim and Susan have been married for almost 30 years, and are proud parents of Brandon and Beau. Outside of his career as an architect, Jim enjoys painting, writing and cycling. He and his wife enjoy weekly Saturday rides to the beach for breakfast. Jim first came to Forest Home as a young life camper. Since then he has experience family camps and couples retreats here.
Dennis Woo
Psalms 90:12
Dennis has served on the board before and is excited to be back for another term. He is married to Janett and they have three children - Kim, Brian and Michelle - who grew up attending Family Camp each year. As an alumnus of UC Berkley, Dennis works as a physician and enjoys golfing, reading and eating in his spare time.
