Child Care Assistant

Applications for the 2012 Family Camp CCA program are available now!

If you are a 13-18 year old girl, you could be a Child Care Assistant (CCA) and get a chance to see God work through serving others. You will care for kids so we can offer age graded programming in the mornings and babysitting for a family in the evenings. You are invited to participate multiple weeks each summer and a few weekends throughout the year. Find a home at Forest Home. You’ll be blessed through relationships and through serving others!

Does your picture of Jesus need to grow a little? Sometimes we don't see Jesus in the fullness of who He really is, but instead become content with little glimpses of His beauty—like seeing a tiny rose bud before it's fully bloomed. This summer we'll look to the book of Mark to find out the importance of a full-bloom view of Christ, and how a more complete relationship with Him will deepen your roots, allowing you to blossom as your view of Jesus expands and grows.

What is a CCA and what does she do?
She’s a loving, fun and responsible teenage girl who serves as a Child Care Assistant in Family Camp. CCAs care for our guests’ children throughout the week and get to be campers themselves! CCA experience great worship and teaching, fun team-building activities, plenty of free time to enjoy Forest Home and time to interact with a great staff of young adults.

What forms does a CCA need to complete AFTER she completes the online application?
(1) Pastor Recommendation Form
(2) Medical Release Form
(3) Camper Release Form
