With each passing day, we see lives changed in new ways as people come away to Forest Home. Maybe yours is one of them. The legacy of Forest Home is not the camps and retreats that take place at our various camps, it is the advance of God’s Kingdom that happens as a result of those changed lives. Those of us who have been transformed by having met with God in a special way while at Forest Home become part of something larger than ourselves. We share a common bond: the connection that comes from knowing, first hand, that while God doesn't live at Forest Home, sometimes it’s just easier to hear Him in those times away.
If you are among the thousands who have participated in the ministry of Forest Home, we’d like to keep you connected. Maybe its been decades since your first mosquito bite in a Teepee at Indian Village. Or perhaps your life was changed forever on staff a few summers ago. Maybe your family came for some much-needed time together one year. Or you could be one of those people who just can't seem to stay away for more than a few weeks. Maybe you just got home from camp and you're already trying to find your way back “Home.” In whatever way your story has joined with the story of Forest Home, you are an important part of the fabric.
Would you please take a few moments to join our alumni newsletter in order to keep those memories alive and stay connected?
