Even if you’ve never been to Forest Home before,
you’ve likely heard about our amazing staff. Good news
travels fast and the legendary stories of hospitality and
service that circulate hundreds of miles from here
usually have something to do with this extraordinary
group of people. And they are most definitely true!
During the summer we add additional staff members,
many of whom have returned year after year as
“fixtures” in key roles. Each staff member has been
interviewed, reference checked, and background
checked before they even set foot on the property.
Once they are here, they receive 40 - 80 hours of
intensive program and safety training. In every area,
safety is a top priority, so many of our staff are also
CPR licensed as well.
