Contracts may be cancelled or numbers reduced until March 1st for summer conferences; however, deposits are forfeited. The full contract amount is due if a cancellation is made after this deadline. Contracts may be further reduced by no more than 10% at any point up to 45 days prior to expected arrival. A one-time transfer of fees paid is offered to cancelling groups who make a new reservation for a date within the same year of winter camp. Note: Camp fees are non-transferable to existing contracts. Financial Aid, in the form of a partial assistance scholarship, is available to anyone who has a need. The Scholarship Assistance Application form can be found on our website at www.foresthome.org/forms. Please have the parent of the applicant complete and return the scholarship form to the church for your review. Camp coordinators may then send completed requests by either fax or mail to the Registration Office. A deposit is not required when submitting contract requests. However, once you have received the contract, you will have three weeks to return a 10% deposit and signed contract to secure your spaces. The full balance and Final Count Registration Form (list of specific names and genders) are due no later than two weeks prior to your expected arrival. Ten percent (10%) of the contracted amount will be charged as a late fee if the final payment and Final Count Registration Form are not in our office by the two-week deadline.
