We’re the Central Youth Worship Team from Central Church in Henderson, NV! Most of us grew up in youth ministry, and now we’re using our love for Jesus and worship to create unforgettable moments for students—especially at summer camps. Our mission is to introduce students to Jesus and help them follow Him, and we try to live that out every time we lead.

Matt Hemphill

Matt Hemphill loves Jesus with all his heart and has a passion for helping others know Him more. He’s been married to his wife for 13 years and together they are raising three wonderful kids. Born and raised in Orange County, Matt enjoys basketball, board games, and just about anything that sparks some friendly competition.

With 400+ volunteers and 16 staff members, it’s one of the largest and most influential worship team in the state. Amy Zielsdorf

Amy Zielsdorf serves as a Director of Thrive College at Bayside Church, where she has the privilege of investing deeply in developing and discipling young leaders as they discover their calling and follow the One who called. Having previously served as a camp director at Hume Lake Christian Camps—an experience that introduced her to her passion for discipleship and to her husband, Owen–Amy is steeped in a love for the next generation and loves telling them about the Jesus who changed her life. From director, teacher, or pastor, there is no title Amy loves more than wife to Owen and mom to her 3 kids.

Jeff Bachman

Jeff brings over three decades of ministry leadership, serving students, families, groups, and         executive teams through pastoral ministry, coaching, and consulting. As an executive search consultant Jeff is passionate about investing in leaders who then invest in others, and multiplying influence for eternal impact. Jeff is deeply committed to fostering healthy, values-driven team environments and thriving staff cultures that align with mission and vision.

Holding a Master’s Degree in Evangelism and Equipping from Western Seminary, Jeff blends theological depth with practical application. He loves one-on-one conversations, team trainings, or speaking to groups and gatherings.

Jeff and his wife, Shara, along with their three children, make their home in the Bay Area of California. He enjoys concerts, cooking, podcasting, traveling to new places, and sharing meaningful conversations over a favorite beverage, always seeking to connect deeply and inspire others along the way.

Eric Holmstrom

Eric loves Jesus, his brilliant bride Sarah, and their four children! If he’s not jumping on the trampoline with the kids, playing Pickleball, or on a date with Sarah, you can find Eric enjoying a meal or drinking a Starbucks strawberry acai talking with someone about how Jesus changes everything. Eric has the privilege of serving as the Associate Lead Pastor and one of the Teaching Pastors at Purpose Church in Pomona, CA. Eric completed his Master of Arts in Ministry and Biblical Studies at Hope International University and loves serving the local church through preaching, leadership development, and ministry resources.
